This notice describes the intended data practices of HERMES Social Publishing, a private tool for the project owner's NAYA MIN and WHATHEFAKE social media accounts. This public website does not provide user registration.
Information handled
When an account owner explicitly authorizes a supported platform integration, the tool may process account identifiers, basic profile information and authorization tokens needed to verify the connection. TikTok authorization is under development and is not yet operational.
Purpose and access
Account information is intended solely to verify and manage the owner's authorized social media accounts. The tool is not offered to third-party users. Access is restricted to the project operator.
Storage and sharing
The current system is designed to keep platform credentials in a private local environment, separate from this public website. Platform APIs may process requests according to their own privacy policies. We do not intentionally sell account data or use it for advertising.
Retention and deletion
Authorization information is intended to be retained only while needed for an active integration and may be revoked through the relevant platform. For questions or deletion requests concerning project-held data, contact naya_min@yahoo.com.
Changes
This notice may be updated as integrations are implemented. Material changes should be reflected here before enabling new data processing.
